I was able to walk-in and get my car serviced that day and it only took 1 hour! Very courteous and understood my extended warrantee that I purchased when I purchased my car new. No hassles like I have experienced in the past with the dealership in Spokane where I purchased my car new. Last year; in Spokane; I had to ask them to rewash my car as it was still dirty....this year in Sumner...WOW....car clean!
