I brought my Honda Element in for regular maintenance - fluids checked, wiper blades changed, tires checked, etc. No appointment necessary for this. They took my car right in, told me it would take about an hour, which included a wash. Almost on the dot, one hour late I was ready to go. Pleasant, professional, organized and exceptional service.
