Honda Ridgeline Recall

onI received a notice from Honda that a minor software update is needed for my Ridgeline. Using the AutoNAtion Spokane Vally WA website I scheduled an appointment. On arrival, I was informed what was going to be done and how long the wait would be. I waited in a very comfortable customer waiting area. Within 30 minutes I was notified the change had been made and my car was ready. As this was a recall, there was no charge. I bought my vehicle from this dealership. It has been red carpet treatment on every occasion I have had to bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance.
