Warranty work - recall on my Honda Pilot

The staff was friendly while maintaining a professional demeanor. I was provided an estimated time to accomplish the job and their service team met this estimate. This, in my opinion deserved a 4 star rating as they accomplished the job within projected time. They also washed my car, which earned them my assigned 5 star rating. A business should do something beyond meeting expectations to receive 5 star and they did. Thank you.
