Costco Auto Program via AutoNation Honda: Outstanding: good price without haggling Salesmen: Tyler & Josh: Outstanding: good listeners, knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, programmed our vehicle for us, no hassles Final financial closer: Ugh! We paid cash. We had an appt to pay for and take delivery of our vehicle. It took 3 hours. Evidently (?), the financial people were busy with other customers. Besides the wait, we were offended by the relentlessly pushy financial supervisor who wouldn't take "no" for an answer regarding extended Honda warranties….even at his half price offer. We ended up giving in & purchasing them, went home and decided we really didn't want them. We called the sales manager the next day, drove back to the dealership and cancelled the extended warranties that we felt we had been pressured into getting…but really didn't want. So….it ended up okay. We LOVE the Honda CRV. Our salesmen were great. This was our first experience with the Costco Auto Program…which we are extremely happy with.
