Dealt with Meg G. through the Costco Auto Program. There was no pressure and the prices were already set. Could have probably gotten a little better deal without using Costco, but I am a poor negotiator so this was a good choice for me. Meg was very easy to work with, patient and very knowledgeable of all the cars. Meg is not your stereotypical car salesman, but listened to us and accommodated us in any way she could. She didn't try to tell us what we wanted to hear, but answered all of my questions accurately (I knew most of the answers already) and appropriately. After we had decided on a car, the paperwork started. This process took about 2 hours. Meg sat with us and made small talk to keep us occupied while the paperwork process dragged on. It was easy to say no to all of the extended warranties and added things to pay for. After we had gotten through all of that, Meg took the time to show us how to work the technology in the car (Bluetooth, stereo, etc) and get us on our way.
