Dealership Sales Review
Paid a visit on a Friday and found a great deal on a 2016 Toyota Camry SE. Right away I was wanting to purchase after test drive. Signed some papers to reserve and was going to show up on Monday with a cashiers check to pay for it. Received a call on Monday to inform me that it was 'accidentally sold" on Monday. The guy even put on a "Reserved" indicator on it. I then called the manager (Jeremy) and asked him "How badly do you want to regain my trust and business"? He replied "very badly". I then countered and asked him to reduce the price of a Subaru Crosstrek that I had also test driven on Friday. He quickly refused. The requested reduction was a mere $4,000. I would have even gone $2,000 less but he did not even entertain the offer. How's that for "customer care"? You have instilled my belief that car sales is a racket and we have no reason to believe that you care about the customer. This review will spread via social media like the flu. I work in a company that employs over 1000 in Spokane. And I have the opportunity to voice to the masses. Word of mouth can be very efficient when conveyed to many. Spokane is NOT a big place and your reputation is already tarnished by the reviews I've read.
