I came into Honda at around 7:30 and Meg G. was my salesperson. She welcomed me with a big smile and we chatted about my car. She answered all of my questions with great enthusiasm and knowledge. She even stayed late when it took extra time for me to find a new insurance company to drive the car off the lot. I felt so bad keeping her so late. She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me and to make me feel comfortable. I had a light come on my dashboard a few days after the purchase and Meg was there to assist, along with the service manager. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend Honda in Spokane Valley to anyone seeking a new or used car.
