Recall appointment

I was a able to schedule a Saturday appointment for a recall that was supposed to take about an hour. I was running about 10 minutes late for my 2p appointment but they assured me it was not an issue. I arrived, they took care of the recall, washed my car, and addressed a question I had regarding the window trim on my 2020 MDX. I was very happy with the service.
