Dealership Sales Review
We are overly impressed with the whole auto purchase/lease experience that we recieved from AutoNation Acura. From the time we walked in, everyone seemed to bend over backwards to make us feel like we were the only customer and that they would do everything possible to help us find the right car. After about two weeks, we ended up leasing a 2014 MDX. Bill the sales manager, actually made the whole negotiating process enjoyable (if that is possible) and Reiko, Seimus and Mark were beyond helpful. To our surprise, what really made us feel like we made a good decision was the customer care we recieved after our purchase. Everyone we had worked with reached out to touch base either through a phone call, text or email. Two weeks later they continued to follow up to ensure that we were happy and that the MDX was meeting our needs. Today we took the car into service to install tint and Jordan (in the service department) went above and beyond to get us a last min loaner car (I had originally said I did not need one). It has been such a change from the treatment we recieved for many years at the Volvo Seattle Dealership. We could not be happier thank you AutoNation Acura.
