Purchased a used Ford Crown Victoria via email and mail. Reiko Johnson and "Gang". She was able to provide everything I needed to decide this vehicle was exactly what I wanted. Reiko was wonderful and has great sense of humor which made working with her not only easy, but a pleasure! Very professional and courteous!
