I have been a loyal Acura customer for 7 years. I ordered a 2014 MDX in August 2013. At the end of 2 months, I was contacted and told the configuration I had ordered would not be produced until the end of October and I could expect delivery about the end of November. And, by-the-way, since we have to wait 2 more months, we are decreasing your trade-in by $3000. Is this legal? What ever happened to brand loyalty and customer service? I love the Acura product and cannot believe their dealerships are allowed to do this. I highly recommend that if you are trading in a vehicle, do not buy from AutoNation Acura of Spokane Valley.
