I had a somewhat complicated repair, Audi Spokane handled it without a problem. There was a delay in the repair being completed due to the complexity of the issue and they found me a loaner vehicle right away. Quite impressed with their customer service. Sebastian kept me updated and in the loop every step of the way. Highly recommend Audi Spokane for service.
