I called Audi Spokane for an oil change appt. Upon realizing I was due for the 75k service; the clerk provided me with what all is included and a quote. Luckily they had a next day appointment slot open and I got in first thing in the morning. The courtesy shuttle driver was the best and my little chat with him made my day. My car was ready before they had estimated and I they have an awesome printout of the work performed and status of tire and break wear. Was super impressed by the knowledge, efficiency and friendly staff.
