My service experience was fantastic. I live 2+ hours away from Seattle and needed to wait for my car to be serviced. The dealership has work-friendly spaces so I was able to use my wait time to work efficiently. The service staff informed me regularly on progress. I especially liked the video of my vehicle inspection to document needed repairs.
