Ford of Kirkland

I arrived at the dealership a few minutes early. Steve was waiting for me (service department team leader), greeted me by name and said the car would be ready in less than one hour and right he was! He came to find me, brought the paperwork for me to sign and I was in and out. The work performed was done correctly and I also received a "report card" on the status of my car. It was nice to see what had been checked and the status of those areas checked. All in all, I felt like I was a friend who came to visit and I was treated like a family member. I would not hesitate to recommend Kirkland Ford for their service department based on the treatment I have received. A+!
