I received a great no pressure sales experience from Rick B. We both struggled with the Internet Special advertisement because the car was at an alternate lot. When we got to the lot the advertised car was boxed into the lot by other cars and the keys were hard to find for the sales person. He worked hard to get things straight, but should the advertised special be at the main store? My suggestion would be to call ahead and tell them what you want to look at and test drive, then they can have it ready when you get there.
