Ford of Kirkland

These guys rock! I called Chris, the Sales Manager and told him what I was looking for. He had what I wanted on the lot. I came, I saw, I test-drove and made a reasonable offer. They accepted without the usual haggle/hassle crap. I told them I neede to get out fast and they made it happen (less than an hour). THEN I discovered AFTER I made the deal that the car had a big ugly scrape on the fender. They could have said 'too bad' but Chris said he'd take care of me. They DELIVERED the car the next day to my house with a perfectly repainted fender. Awesome!
