Dealership Sales Review
Never go to Ford of Kirkland . They fucked up my new purchase I didn’t get to take home yet and lied to cover up their mistake. They claim to have “discovered” a rock chip on the windshield. It wasn’t until I showed up to the dealership and demanded to see my vehicle and that’s when the truth came out. Their incompetent service tech (Jim Cox) did not latch the hood, so the hood slammed into the windshield while they were test driving on the freeway. The windshield, hood, left and right fenders are messed up. Their sales guy (Nima Mirzaei) was like “we can fix this and it won’t show up in carfax”. So their plan was to not tell me about the severity of the damage and fix everything under the cover story of replacing the windshield. Everyone at the dealership (from the top down Rich Ewing General Manager) claimed to not know about the damage. Hard for me to believe that a tech came back to the dealership with a [non-permissible content removed] car and no one noticed. At this point, I want a new one to replace the one they damaged. Slapping some glue and paint will not make it right with me. General Manager Rich Ewing insultingly offer to fill up my gas tank for my troubles. 🤣 Ford Motor Company, is this how your dealerships do business?
