Ford of Kirkland

I purchased a new 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid almost exactly a year ago from this dealership. The salesman (Stephen Skullerud) was extremely friendly and helpful, and worked with me to get a fantastic price and financing rate through my employer. He was fairly new to the job at the time, so he didn't know everything about the car when I test drove it, but he diligently followed-up on all questions I asked through both phone and e-mail. I've since come back to perform service on the car, and in this case worked with Kevin Paddock. Nothing particularly interesting about this visit, but Kevin kept me informed and the whole visit cost me nothing since it was my first visit. A minor problem with the steering wheel buttons was also quickly corrected.
