Ford of Kirkland

I purchased an SUV through Ford of Kirkland and could not have had a better experience! It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and was worried about pressure, being bamboozled or any number of nightmare experiences I have heard about- all my fears dissapeared as soon as I stepped on the lot. I dealt with both the used car sales manager as well as a sales person. Both could not have been more helpful on the phone and in person. It took me over a week to make a decision and I never felt rushed or pressured at all. When I inquired about other cars/suv's I was interested in that they did not have, they called all around the Northwest (dealerships, used car places etc. to help track other vehicles down). I also financed through them and it was a seamless process as well. When I picked up my car it was spotless and full of a tank a gas! I was impressed and feel very comfortable recommending them to family and friends!
