Ford of Kirkland

I bought my 2001 Explorer used and the previous owner maintained it very well. He suggested that I continue the service through Ford of Kirkland. I was a bit wary of having my car serviced by the dealer due to passed experiences with another dealership. I decided to follow his suggestion and for the first service I took the Explorer in to Ford of Kirkland. I was very surprised by the pleasant service and quality of work. Jim Cox is the best!
