Dealership Sales Review
It has been a painful experience buying my Ford Mustang at this location. The sales person Tyler did his job, he was helpful, the two stars I am giving here is for Abdullah the Sales manager. I am not used to sales people asking me to do upgrades myself after I buy a car, buying the parts myself or reaching out to the car detailers myself, but this location did. The Car was checked at Service before it was delivered, the driver side Pony light wasnt working when I received it, when I reported it to Tyler, he just said take it to Service and I dont work at Service. The Service guys said it will take them 4 days to fix a light. I came back after a couple of weeks to drop my car to get the light fixed, they gave me alternative car. The Ford service promised they can get the car back to me in 4 days, its been a week, I still havent got the car back. I have tried messaging and calling their Service engineer, Service Manager, but I cant get through, nether are they responding to me. I am trying to get through to Abdullah, they cut my call everytime I to call them. Tyler responds to my messages but thats about it. One of the worst places to buy a car or service a car. I regretting my purchase here. If I had a choice, I will try another location, perhaps another car and not FORD!
