Ford of Kirkland

Carlton was great to work with. He was very patient with us as we explored all of our options. He went out of his way to show us the specific vehicles that we were interested in that happen to be located several miles away on an overflow lot. He answered all of our questions and brought in others to help when he didn’t have the answer. He also helped facilitate getting a spray-in bedliner installed at a third party location and delivered our new truck to the barge line for us. In addition, everyone we met that day from the manager to the finance crew were very professional and easy to work with. We would be happy to shop at Ford of Kirkland again in the future. - J. Wick
