Very Disappointed

My 30K maintenance should have been uneventful, but this dealership took every opportunity to try to pile up unnecessary “critical” expenses. They had my vehicle for over 24 hours, but when I picked it up the next day it was not washed or vaccinated. I had to wait around for this basic service.
