I had a terrible experience at this dealership in the used car department. I brought my car in for trade and wanted to be sure they would give me fair trade value. Once we had an agreement on the vehicle price and I made the offer on the details of the car I wanted, they agreed. When I got there, they had a totally different car, cheaper by the way, and would not put the agreed deal together on the car I made the offer and they agreed on. I drove over 160 miles just to get the deal completed. I get there, wait over an hour before I even find out it is the wrong car and then wait another 2 hours while I get jerked around and finally get my keys back for my car and leave. Be very cautious when dealing with these guys, I am not the first to have a bad experience here and they will try to cheat you on your trade even though they are asking high retail book or over, in some cases.
