West Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I have always had to best experience with West Hills Service Dept. Not only do they shuttle me home, so I don't have to wait, they also go out of their way to make sure that a customer is heard, and taken care of. I am 100% loyal to them and will recommend them to anyone. Mark is genuine as the Service Manager and Dan and the other service clerks are always more than helpful, and just plain NICE! You are a person, not a number. They have excellent waiting rooms, with clean bathrooms also. You can have popcorn and complimentary water also. We even bought a car there due to the great customer service from this dealership while getting our brakes done.
