West Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This is at least the third time I have brought my vehicle in for service an had to follow up by bringing the car back in to get it re-fixed. The first time they forgot to replace the factory recalled parts I brought the car in to have replaced. The second time, they forgot to reconnect the fans for the radiator, stranding my family on the freeway down in Portland on their way to Arizona. Third and final time I will go here, they fixed the car but when the wife told me there was something wrong with it and I should take it for a drive, I found that the heater fan is blowing all the time and cannot be shut off, regardless if the heater/cooling controls are on or not, and the side view mirrors are both innoperable. I understand it's pretty tight quarters to replace the headlight switch, but still, I would expect these things are checked before sent back to the customer. I'm only sorry that I sent my wife to pick the car and then tell her we have to make another appointment to take it back again.
