To whom it may concern: The last few years have been very hard on everyone in the retail industry, and when it comes to customer service I think we can all agree that it's the first thing to go out the window. If you know anything about retail you know that companies are out for one thing turning a profit. Bad customer service starts with scared management and their negative attitudes that they pass down to the staff. Annie Meyer may or may not be dealing with poor management, if she is you cant tell!! The reason I say this is because she has never once made me feel like a number, and has a constant smile on her face. Annie's customer service skills rival most people that I have had the pleasure of working with and stands out in mind as a great employee, as well as a great asset to your company.
