West Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

As a fairly new customer of West Hills Chrysler, Jeep Dodge, I was impressed with the way Service Department Advisor Annie Meyer has treated me each time I brought my truck in for service. Annie is friendly, knowledgable and keeps me informed as to what is being accomplished on my job. The technician working on my truck indicated it would need to stay in the shop overnight, and without delay, Annie made a call for a shuttle ride home, and provided me with a ticket for a free cup of coffee on the house while I waited a short time for my ride. As soon as the job on my truck was completed, I was contacted and advised that a return shuttle ride was ordered for a ride back. That type of customer relations will bring me back to the service department again.
