Kudos to Lexus of Bellevue

onPiper Logg in Service deserves Employee of the Year. My Lexus hybrid had a dead auxiliary (12V) battery that I thought needed replacement. The diagnostics showed a healthy battery that had discharged due to under-use (I'm a cyclist). Total cost which included a ride by the dealer was a fraction of what I'd expected. Speed of service, courtesy and professionalism 10/10. Kudos to Lexus of Bellevue.
