Routine Maintenaince Plus Oil Cooler Pipe Remedy

on4130 Boulevard Place Alan Jenson, on short notice, accommodated my request to provide the "remedy" to an oil cooler pipe problem I received details about in the mail the day before my scheduled service. I appreciate that. The service and the "remedy" were accomplished in a timely fashion. I was sorry to learn that the car wash was down and I hope you get that back up soon. Alan also found a rock chip in my front windshield that I will have fixed soon. The RX450h SUV I bought from Lexus Bellevue was advertised as getting 28-30 mpg when I bought it. To date it hovers around 25-26 mpg after 15K miles with no explanation as to why it is falling short!?
