onService appointment efficiently booked on Lexus website. Met up with service advisor Josh Keiffer who was very respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. 35000 mile service performed while I relaxed in the quiet comfortable lounge. Josh sent a text at completion and answered all questions. He also helped change out all the cars floor mats. A totally positive experience! Looking forward to my next visit to Bellevue Lexus!
