Lexus of Bellevue

All of the negative reviews for Lexus of Bellevue are accurate. Based on my experience, Ren, one of their salespersons, was very unhelpful and constantly miscommunicated throughout the sales process. Just as I was ready to close a $75k deal with them, they mishandled it by pushing for more cash, lying, and focusing on their profit rather than the sale. The Lexus of Bellevue sales team were incompetent enough to lose a $75k deal, and it felt good to walk away from such a team.
