Dealership Sales Review
I initially expressed interest in a vehicle on September 14th, and a representative, Noah, contacted me on the 16th. I promptly provided all the required information and documentation and was told I’d receive sales orders soon. When I asked if I could put down a deposit to hold the car, I was told that they do not hold vehicles for any customer under any circumstances. On Tuesday, the 17th, I signed the buyer’s orders and sent everything necessary to finalize the purchase, but never received confirmation because Noah was off, and no one communicated that. After applying for a loan specifically for this vehicle, I called the dealership and was informed of Noah’s absence, which further delayed the process. On Wednesday, I waited all day for the finance department to contact me, but received no follow-up. Then on Thursday, the 19th, I finally got a call from finance to discuss some details. I requested an updated sales order, but instead, Noah called to inform me that they were now holding the car for someone flying in to purchase it—a complete contradiction to their earlier claim that they do not hold vehicles for anyone. The manager’s response to this situation was shockingly casual and lacked any professionalism. He seemed completely unfazed by the inconvenience they caused, offering no real apology or solution. His “it is what it is” attitude was infuriating. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism displayed by Ourisman Toyota of Woodbridge. This was a frustrating and misleading experience, and I would not recommend doing business with them. (To add additional context: I am a woman, I am a disabled veteran, I am a new mother - I couldn't just hop on a plane)
