Hays took the time to let me take test drives and get comfortable with the final purchase decision. I wasn't entirely sure I wanted to buy a car - but I am sure glad I did. The closing and trade in process was efficient and seamless. Also the patience demonstrated by Hays and his associate Mauricio in showing me how to operate the car along with the genuine offer to stop by anytime for help was and is appreciated. Fine professional job done by your folks.
