onI took my car in for an oil change and to investigate why my car was turning off. James reminded me of my engine using up the oil faster than usual compared to other cars. But rather than insisting to change the engine, he suggested other lower cost solutions. I am grateful for James and he is my prefer service advisor. I don’t go to any other advisors. James Kim is experienced and knows his stuff. Even though the web says that my type of car has to change the timing chain every 100,000 miles, James said it’s not necessary.
