My wife and I were in the market for a new Corolla as an extra car to run around and save wear and tear on our other vehicles. I literally visited, emailed, or texted every Toyota dealer in Northern Virginia to Woodbridge and Manassas, all over Maryland and not one place took my questions seriously, answered my specific questions, followed up with me or showed and courtesy. Only Mohammad Ali at Koons Tysons Toyota cared. He was friendly, very helpful, not pushy, interested in helping us, polite, knowledgeable and very professional.
