I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had been leaking oil for months, with many trips to try to find the source. My most recent trip was by far my best experiience. My Advisor Jeremy was Awesome and made sure that my issue was resolved this time. He did an excellent job keeping me informed of the status and getting all of my questions/concerns answered, even if that meant checking with the Tech and Foreman. While my vehicle was in the shop for days, I was provided a loaner vehicle and treated with great respect.
