We have been going to Koons Jeep to service our Cherokee for a while now. Every time, they have fully met our service requirements over and over. Any warranty claims have been timely taken care of. Most recently we have had a major service performed at Koons Jeep and once gain they have delivered. Special thanks to Victor, our great service advisor for once again thoroughly taking care of any issues with our vehicle. Excellent service .Highly recommended!
