Dealership Service Review
I scheduled my visit at 7AM at 2 AUG 13 and the Customer Representative saw me pull up and he stood outside. I opened the door and he politely introduced himself and asked what I needed and I let him know an oil change for the vehicle. The greatest thing he did was catch that I needed an updated safety inspection (I wasn't thinking about it at all). When he did that, it made me feel like he was there to be sure that the customer and the vehicle are at quality standard for service. On top of that he ensured the vehicle was ready in less than an hour. It was the ideal circumstance any customer would love to be in at that point in time. James E J. deserves a great reward or promotion to the next level for his demonstrated competence, dedication, and commitment to the company and high quality of service.
