excellent extension of services for difficult issue

Service personnel are very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information even on a detailed level. They allowed an extended level of access so that I would understand and be comfortable with the work performed. All pending issues were fully taken care of as promised. Having only had the vehicle on the road for less that 1000 miles, i have nevertheless found some other small Vehicle issues which i fully expect they will take care of for me during my next service visit. In my opinion it seems the Service Dept. at Koons Tysons will prove to be as reliable as Koons College Park and Koons Owings Mills were for me over the last 2 decades
