I had my car serviced by Michael K. and he and his team were able to determine the problem with my vehicle. In addition, he also gave my car a detailing which made it "brand new" again at no extra cost. Koons' motto is "We're Gonna Wow Ya," and I never considered what that meant until I got service at Koons. Thanks for the excellent service!
