Koons Tysons Chevy GMC

I had a great experience at Koons. Dave S. was my sales rep and it truly was like working with a friend. He was no pressure and available to me day or night. As an example I forgot my second key when I bought my brand new Chevy SS and Dave offered to bring it by my house! Please note that I live almost 20 miles from Koons. I'm in IT sales and i make a living off of Customer Service. Koons knows customer service. I have no doubt I will be back someday soon to work with Dave! Thank you Dave for a great experience. Paul
