Koons Tysons Chevy GMC

Fast and furious (in a good way)! I had to buy a new rig as I was transferring (military) back to the West Coast and wanted a nice ride for the trip. Travis F. answered my phone call. I was calling all the area dealers to find exactly what I wanted. Most just wanted me to to come down and listen to them and look over all they had in stock. Travis was different. He listened intently as I described what I was after as if he cared. I started to get apologetic as I described in detail the color and features. After I said I was sorry for being so "picky"....he said, and I quote, "Hey, don't worry about it, "picky" is what we do". He was sincere and I was hooked. Honestly, the entire experience was crisp, clean and exactly as I needed it. I felt his skills were key to bringing me into Koons and keeping me there. I am confident in the purchase I made and would highly recommend Koons and in particular Travis. The vehicle was a super nice ride across the country. Thanks for the great work to your entire team and my compliments to you all for creating such gratifying experience!
