We went into the dealership knowing the vehicle we wanted and had approved financing with a great rate (that even the salesperson said would be hard to beat). The salesperson (Mandu) was very accommodating and patient - and we took out time and selected the exact car we wanted. Then, the finance manager (Kelli) reviewed our deal and unbelievably, was able to beat our previous deal and offered a better rate. Even more so, she was so friendly and genuinely interested in ensuring we were pleased with our purchase. Lastly, both the salesperson and finance manager followed up with us after the purchase. We've bought a number of new vehicles over the years and this was definitely one of the best experiences we have had. I HIGHLY recommend this Koons of Tyson's Corner. Great staff who genuinely care and no high pressure sales tactics.
