BMW of Sterling Service Center has exceptionally high standards. The care BMW Sterling provides is always the best. Among ALL the Service Reps, Carlos is among the TOP TWO. I work with ONLY Carlos and one other rep due to his attention to detail; his follow up care; and his outstanding courtesy and helpfulness. Carlos M is TOP NOTCH!!
