BMW of Sterling

It was a good experience up until the post-sale. The salesman-Vance Doughty--did not follow up after to ensure all titling and tagging was performed. When confronted, he argued and ultimately hung up. We have received multiple fines as the dealership did not notify the state that we no longer owned our trade-in. We are on our second set of temp tags (now expired) as neither the dealership or the salesman (Vance) submitted the proper paperwork to transfer the tags. By doing so, we have had to file a police report regarding the lost tags. Again, it was a great experience until the sale closed. I would not buy another car from Sterling or Vance.
