BMW of Sterling

The vehicle did not receive a proper PDI. On the drive back the TIRE CHAINS light kept coming on and telling us to slow down (it was 90 degrees out - Chains??). It was a setting that was incorrect. The salesperson set up my BMW ID incorrectly so the car kept asking me for my email address and password. It looked as if there was a bubble in the display but it turned out that the dealer had not removed the protective film. The salesperson never took the time to show me how that car worked. In fact my wife and I were always looking for him and he was constantly on the phone. When we are spending 100K on a car you would think they would be more attentive. I'm not sure why I ever walked back in the door of this dealership. When I bought my McLaren (same dealership) I walked out of the showroom due to an extremely poor attitude. So I bought the McLaren in Philly (one of my better decisions). I've been asked numerous times about my new iX and I tell them GREAT VEHICLE, just don't buy it at BMW of Sterling. Oh, and I was able to correct all of the issues myself... I love this car!!! I HATE the dealership!!!
