This was my initial oil change and standard service on a newly leased car. The Service Dept outlined all the procedures they would do. I had received a recall notice on one part and they were already aware of this and explained how they would test to see of the affected part would need to be replaced [it did not]. I also had recently noticed a rattle in the right from wheel well. The technician sent me a video showing that a stone had been caught in the brakes and removed it. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and have told many friends and family members.
